Returns Policy

At Yeahye we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer a 14-day return guarantee for merchandise, provided the product has been received and is in its original condition.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and in those cases, we aim to make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.

Return Merchandise Guarantee (RMA)
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products, starting from the date you receive your order. If your product is defective or not as described, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

Steps to Return Faulty Items:

1. Contact Us First: Before returning any goods, please contact our Customer Service team to discuss the issue you're experiencing with the product. In over 90% of cases, we are able to resolve the problem without requiring a return. If the issue is something that cannot be remedied, we will proceed with a return or exchange under our 7-Day Return Warranty.

2. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): If we confirm that the product is faulty or defective, we will provide you with an RMA number. This number is required for us to process your return. To request an RMA:
   Log in to your account and submit an RMA request.
   Once your request is confirmed, we will provide you with an RMA number and the authorized return address.

3. Return the Product: After receiving the RMA number and return address, pack the product securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Write the RMA number on the shipping label and include a copy of the shipping list with the return package.

4. Shipping Your Return: We recommend using your local post office for return shipments rather than expensive couriers like DHL or UPS, as they may result in higher shipping fees. Ensure the package is properly labeled with the RMA number and return address.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned package and confirm the product defect, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that returns will not be processed without an RMA request.

Refund Timeline
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks from the date you return the item. This timeline includes:
Transit Time: It may take 10 to 20 business days for the returned product to reach us, depending on the shipping method and your location.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, our team will process the return within 3 to 5 business days.
Bank Processing Time: After we issue the refund, your bank or payment processor may take an additional 3 to 15 business days to process and post the refund to your account.

We will notify you via email once we have received the returned product and processed your refund.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Faulty or defective items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the product under our 7-Day Return Warranty.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse or accidental damage are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our Customer Service team. We will be happy to assist you in exchanging your item for one of equal or greater value.

Important Notes
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in original condition.
Damaged or Missing Items: If the product is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
